Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped same day. Normal delivery takes 3-5 days.
Express delivery takes 24h-48h after payment confirmation.
After placing a order an account will automatically be generated. The login details will be sent on your email address.
You need to log in to your account form My Account page and click addresses. There you can change the shipping address.
Go to Track Order page and enter your order number after you get the payment confirmation.
From there you can check the status and location of your order.
Depending on your location and your country agreement with Cayman Islands – UK you will have to pay a imposed tax.

Depending on your location you will get a 110V/120V or 210V/220V PSU suitable for your country power voltage.

If the machine was not used you have a 30 days period that you can return the order.
Shipping is supported by the customer.
In case it may happen to receive the wrong order, no worries! We will reship the correct order to you free of charge.
In case that your order arrived damaged we got you covered.
We offer insurance in case of damage for all shipped orders, so in case that one or more machines arrive damaged just contact us and we will replace it asap.
In case you wish to make a return you should contact our logistics department.

In case the shipping address is incorrect just go to My Account page and edit the address from there or email us at [email protected] with the order number and correct address.
